Housing, urbanism and construction

This section brings together the main services through which the municipality manages the housing stock and the urban development of Ploiești. Here you will find information on the allocation of social housing and youth housing (ANL), the extension of rental contracts, the rental or sale of certain buildings and land in the municipality’s private property, as well as the conditions for obtaining the certificate of condominium administrator.

This section also explains the procedures for issuing urbanism certificates, building permits, attestation certificates of completed constructions, the regularisation of authorisation fees, public consultation for urban planning documentation (PUZ, PUD) and the obtaining of location approvals. Information is also included regarding approvals for the public transport network and the allocation of parking spaces for persons with disabilities.
