INFORMATION NOTICE:
For a petitioner's online petition to be taken into consideration, it must specify the following information in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 27/2002 (OUG 27/2002) on the regulation of
petition-handling activity, as subsequently amended and supplemented:

Identification details — these are mandatory elements for issuing a reply, depending on the type of petitioner: natural person — last name,
first name, home address, contact details — home address, telephone, e-mail; legal person — name or denomination of the company/firm/professional under which trade is conducted, Tax
Identification Number, (registered) office, postal correspondence address, telephone, e-mail.

NOTES: Please note that anonymous petitions and/or incomplete petitions, as defined under Art. 7 of Government Ordinance no. 27/2002 (O.G. 27/2002) on the
regulation of petition-handling activity, as subsequently amended and supplemented, will be closed with the resolution "filing and closing of the case — anonymous / missing identification details /
incomplete", as follows:

- anonymous petition — a petition in which identification details are not specified, although contact details are provided.
- incomplete petition — the petitioner does not specify identification details, or does not clearly state the reason for filing the petition and/or requesting an audience, and fills in the form as
"personal and/or strictly confidential matters" or similar wording.

Please note that the applicant receives a reply from the City Hall and/or is invited to an audience depending on the resolution of the case. For further details, citizens may

an audience and who complete the form as
"personal and/or strictly confidential matters", or with similar wording, will have their requests filed (closed). Citizens may register for
an audience if they have already approached the relevant Directorates / Services / Specialised Compartments to resolve an issue and have not received a reply within the legal deadline, or consider that they
have not received the necessary clarifications.
