EXTENSION OF THE TERM OF THE RENTAL CONTRACT FOR ANL HOUSING

Extension of the term of contracts concluded for spaces used as ANL housing and housing for families evicted from dwellings restituted to former owners, for the periods established by special Laws or Decisions of the Local Council of the Municipality of Ploiești.

What is the applicable legislation?

  • Law no. 152/1998 on the establishment of the National Housing Agency, republished, as subsequently amended and supplemented,
  • Government Decision of Romania no. 962/2001 approving the Methodological Norms for the implementation of the provisions of Law no. 152/1998, as subsequently amended and supplemented;
  • Local Council Decisions of the Municipality of Ploiești.
What steps must the citizen follow?ExpandCollapse
  • Submission of the application before the expiry of the term, accompanied by the necessary documents;
  • Up-to-date payment of rent;
  • Verification of the file by the person responsible for managing the file;
  • Conclusion of the addendum (if the conditions are met).

The application must be accompanied by the following documents:

  • Certificates (income documents)
  • Civil status documents
  • Proof of payment of maintenance / utilities;
  • Notarial declarations (in accordance with legal provisions)
