Ploiești City Hall has launched a public procurement notice through a simplified procedure for the project that provides for the demolition of the C14 building and the construction of the Palliative Care Centre – design and execution, SMIS code 348156.
The investment covers the completion, under a single contract, of all activities necessary for finalising the objective „Demolition of building C14 and construction of the Palliative Care Centre”.
The single contract will include:
- design services for the remaining phases to be drawn up;
- technical verification of the projects and technical assistance from the designer for the duration of the works;
- execution of the works for the demolition of the existing C14 building;
- construction of a new building intended as a Palliative Care Centre;
- connection to utilities;
- related external arrangements;
- supply and installation of the equipment necessary for the operation of the facility.
The total estimated value of the investment is 16,670,775.18 lei, excluding VAT.
The deadline for submitting bids is 16.03.2026, 15:00.
