TECHNICAL – INVESTMENTS DIRECTORATE

Brief description

The Technical – Investments Directorate is responsible for planning, preparing and implementing the municipality’s public investments (roads, education/health units, urban mobility). We serve the citizens of the municipality, the Local Council and the other structures of the City Hall, in compliance with the legislation and the Organization and Functioning Regulation approved by HCL (Local Council Decision) no. 280/28.06.2024.

Main responsibilities

Programming and monitoring of the municipality’s investment portfolio.

Management of works/services contracts related to projects and monitoring of execution.

Urban mobility: traffic, road safety, public transport (in collaboration with operators).

Maintenance and repairs to road infrastructure, pedestrian areas and public buildings.

Implementation of projects financed from non-reimbursable funds.
