HUMAN RESOURCES, ORGANIZATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE
Brief description
The Human Resources, Organization and Administrative Service is responsible for ensuring human resources management and administrative support for the proper functioning of the institution. We serve the citizens of the municipality, the Local Council and the other structures of the City Hall, in compliance with the legislation and the Organization and Functioning Regulation approved by Local Council Decision no. 280/28.06.2024.
Main responsibilities
Recruitment, management of evaluations and training, as well as management and records of public functions and contractual personnel.
Drafting personnel documents, employment and salary processing, management of professional and personal files, including management and records of asset declarations and declarations of interest; ensuring compliance with labor and public service legislation.
Ensures the relationship with the National Agency of Civil Servants.
Provision of institutional logistics (transport, telephony, supplies).
Ensures cleaning and maintenance of offices, meeting rooms and common areas within the institution, as well as selective waste collection within the institution.
Drafting internal procedures specific to the service regarding job descriptions, granting leave, submission, monitoring and updating of asset declarations and declarations of interest, selective waste collection within the institution, use of means of transport within the institution.
