NOTICE on consultations regarding the Draft profile of the board of administration for the recruitment of three administrators at the Regia Autonomă de Servicii Publice Ploiești (Autonomous Public Services Authority Ploiești)

In accordance with the provisions of art. 12 para. (2) of Annex 1 to Government Decision no. 639/2023 for the approval of the methodological norms for the application of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 109/2011 on corporate governance of public enterprises,

The Ploiești Municipality, as the supervising public authority, organises consultations in order to formulate proposals regarding the Profile of the board of administration of the authority.

The Draft Profile of the board of administration – Regia Autonomă de Servicii Publice Ploiești (Autonomous Public Services Authority Ploiești) may be consulted on the website of the supervising public authority by accessing the following link: NOTICE – Ploiești Municipality City Hall

Shareholders representing, individually or together, at least 5% of the share capital have the right to submit in writing, by transmitting to the e-mail address: guvernanta@ploiesti.ro, proposals for amending and supplementing the Draft Profile of the board of administration of the authority within 5 days from the date of publication.
