Pursuant to art. 54 of Law 207/2015 on the Fiscal Procedure Code, as subsequently amended and supplemented, we communicate that the Auction Report for immovable property no. 18254/26.02.2026 has been issued, which is the subject of execution files no. 105792/15.10.2013, 144310/27.10.2014, 198293/08.11.2016, 232304/03.08.2017, 240742/05.02.2018, 337889/11.08.2021, 394038/04.08.2023, 429358/18.05.2025 owned by the debtor COMAN VIOREL NICOLAE, with residence in BUCURESTI, SECTOR 5, DUMBRAVA NOUA Street NO. 3, BL. M29, SC. 1, AP. 20.

  The fiscal administrative act mentioned above may be consulted by its holders at the Serviciul Public Finante Locale Ploiești (Public Service for Local Finances Ploiesti), Independentei Street no. 16.

We specify that the notice is maintained for 60 days from the date of its publication.

The present fiscal administrative act shall be considered communicated within 15 days from the date of posting the notice.
