regarding the rental through public auction of certain spaces with use other than housing – medical offices and/or carrying out activities related to the medical act

General information regarding the object of the public auction procedure: The rental of 14 spaces with use other than housing – medical offices and/or carrying out activities related to the medical act located in Ploiești, belonging to the private domain of Ploiești Municipality, in accordance with the provisions of Local Council Decision of the Municipality no. 526/30.09.2025 and of GEO 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, with subsequent amendments and additions, as follows:

Andrei Mureșanu Street no. 56 – Cina Polyclinic, 3rd floor, room 2 (medical office) + undivided share of room 1 (sterilization room), with exclusive usable area 15.08 sq.m., usable area of dependencies 13.83 sq.m. (total usable area 28.91 sq.m.), auction starting price, calculated at 2026 level – 454.90 lei/month
2. Andrei Mureșanu Street no. 56 – Cina Polyclinic, 3rd floor, room 4 (medical office) + undivided share of room 1 (sterilization room) – countertype, with exclusive usable area 13.49 sq.m., usable area of dependencies 12.38 sq.m. 3. Information regarding the awarding documentation: are found in the Specifications, annex to the Local Council Decision of the Municipality of Ploiești no. 526/30.09.2025.
3.1. The method or methods by which interested persons can obtain a copy of the awarding documentation: directly from Ploiești Municipality, Piața Eroilor no. 1 A, 4th floor, room 409.

3.3. The cost and payment conditions for obtaining this copy, where applicable, in accordance with the provisions of GEO no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code: The value of the awarding documentation is 500 lei and is paid at the cashier’s office of Ploiești Municipality on the basis of an order issued by the Publicity, Patrimony Valorization and Economic Agents Authorization Service.
