The Municipal Commission for Transport and Traffic Safety has decided the following changes to road traffic, in connection with the works on Laboratorului Street:
3 April 2026
- today, 03.04.2026, at 17:00, the roundabout and the breakthrough on Laboratorului Street will be fully opened;
- between 06.04.2026 – 09.04.2026, the roundabout will be partially restricted to keep traffic open in the area;
- between 10.04.2026 – 14.04.2026, the roundabout and the breakthrough on Laboratorului Street will be fully opened;
- between 15.04.2026, 09:00 – 17.04.2026, 16:00, traffic will be closed on a 70-metre section on Laboratorului Street and on Poligonului Street, from the newly created roundabout, in order to lay the final asphalt layer, with the Laboratorului Street breakthrough remaining open.
The contractor for the works, SC Andaur Construcții SRL, will be responsible for maintaining appropriate signposting in the area in accordance with the regulations in force.
The Traffic Office of the Ploiești Municipal Police and the Ploiești Local Police will monitor compliance with this decision and will ensure the closure/regulation of traffic in the access areas to be restricted.
