Seniors’ Club – a new space for quality time and socialising, dedicated to Ploiești residents aged 60+!
The Ploiești municipality is launching a new interactive project, the Seniors’ Club, a cultural and educational programme for people aged 60+, who wish to remain active, socialise and enjoy quality time in a friendly community.

Following the success of the movement programme for seniors – free dance and light gymnastics classes, launched at the end of last year, we are continuing with a new initiative dedicated to older adults.
The Seniors’ Club is a space for meeting, self-expression and good cheer, where each participant is encouraged to discover their passions and showcase their creativity.
The project is run by the “Ion Luca Caragiale” Cultural Centre of Ploiești, with the support of Ploiești City Hall, and includes a series of activities for older adults:
- singing/vocal music;
- theatre for seniors;
- handmade workshops;
- health and well-being (gentle movement);
- percussion, rhythm and movement;
- music from the past, karaoke, contests;
- self-awareness and personal development workshops;
- recreational and social activities.
Registration for the Seniors’ Club can be made at the secretariat of the “Ion Luca Caragiale” Cultural Centre of Ploiești, by telephone at 0244/578.148 or by email at secretariat@casadecultura.ro. Places are limited!
Once registrations are complete, the venue for the activities will be announced.
We invite you to join this Ploiești municipality initiative – a project dedicated to seniors who believe in an active life at any age!
