The Municipality of Ploiești informs citizens that, in accordance with the legislation in force, only the households that hold agricultural and/or forestry land, as well as those that own animals within the administrative-territorial area of our municipality, are entered in the Agricultural Register (Registrul agricol).
The registration of data in the Agricultural Register is made in the administrative-territorial unit in whose territory the head of the household has his/her domicile, on the basis of his/her declaration on his/her own responsibility or, in his/her absence, that of another adult member of the household with full capacity of exercise.
For legal persons, the data are entered in the Agricultural Register on the basis of the declarations made by the legal representative, accompanied by supporting documents, in accordance with art. 8 para. (1) of Government Ordinance no. 28/2008 on the agricultural register, with subsequent amendments and additions.
Persons who do not have their domicile in the locality are obliged to send the declaration provided in art. 8 para. (1) by post, with confirmation of receipt, at their own expense, or may make declarations by power of attorney, according to art. 8 para. (2) of the same normative act.
Natural and legal persons are obliged to declare data for registration in the Agricultural Register as follows:
5-20 January, for the annual data regarding:
- members of the household;
- land held in ownership and/or use;
- buildings used as dwellings;
- annex constructions;
- means of transport with animal and mechanical traction;
- machines, equipment and installations for agriculture;
- livestock holdings existing in the household/the unit with legal personality at the beginning of each year;
- changes that occurred during the previous year in livestock holdings (sales-purchases, products obtained, deaths, slaughter, or other inflows/outflows).
1-15 May, for the data regarding:
- land use;
- cultivated areas;
- the number of trees in the respective agricultural year.
Outside these intervals, natural and legal persons are obliged to declare data to be entered in the register also outside these time intervals, namely within 30 days from the occurrence of any change in the agricultural patrimony.
It constitutes a contravention and is sanctioned with a fine of from 100 lei to 500 lei for natural persons, respectively from 300 lei to 1,500 lei for legal persons, the failure to declare, by the deadlines and in the form established by law, the data that constitute the subject of the Agricultural Register, in accordance with art. 20 para. (1) of Government Ordinance no. 28/2008.
We ask the natural and legal persons concerned to comply with the legal deadlines and obligations regarding the declaration of data for registration in the Agricultural Register.
