More than 15.2 million lei from the local budget for repair works in schools, high schools, kindergartens, and nurseries!

Ploiești City Hall has completed the public procurement procedure for the execution of routine repair works at pre-university education units, in order to ensure optimal conditions for the educational process.

The works are organised into the following lots:

  • LOT 1 – Colleges / High Schools
  • LOT 2 – Schools
  • LOT 3 – Kindergartens and Nurseries

The economic operators with whom the framework agreements for works will be signed in the period to come are: S.C. Dekadent Construct S.R.L., the Association S.C. Fadmi Prod (Lead) and S.C. Conscar Edil S.R.L., and S.C. Vialis Engineering S.R.L., respectively.

The categories of works covered by the framework agreement for each lot are as follows:

  • excavation, backfilling, and reinforced concrete works;
  • plastering repairs;
  • repairs to paintwork and whitewashing;
  • flooring repairs;
  • repairs to ceramic and porcelain tile cladding;
  • masonry and wall repairs;
  • metalwork;
  • waterproofing repairs;
  • fencing;
  • joinery (wood, PVC, metal), wall panelling;
  • pavements;
  • courtyard asphalting;
  • roof structures and coverings;
  • repairs to electrical installations;
  • on-site sewerage repairs;
  • repairs to plumbing installations;
  • repairs to thermal installations;
  • pipe insulation;
  • transport and handling.

The value of the framework agreement for LOT 1 – COLLEGES / HIGH SCHOOLS is: 5,893,134.05 lei, excluding VAT.

The value of the framework agreement for LOT 2 – SCHOOLS is: 5,521,439.90 lei, excluding VAT.

The value of the framework agreement for LOT 3 – KINDERGARTENS and NURSERIES is: 3,821,639.02 lei, excluding VAT.

The local public administration aims, through these measures, to improve educational infrastructure, increase the safety and comfort of pupils and teaching staff, as well as maintain school buildings in good condition.
