Free cadastral registration and land-book entry for residents of the Bereasca district!

Ploiești City Hall (Primăria Municipiului Ploiești) is currently carrying out systematic property-registration works in the Bereasca district, as part of the National Cadastre and Land Registry Programme (Programul Național de Cadastru și Carte Funciară).

Under this project, properties located within the built-up area of Ploiești (houses and land plots) will be measured and registered free of charge in the integrated cadastre and Land Registry (Carte Funciară) system, namely in the following cadastral sectors:

  • Sector 14: Mesteacănului, Alunilor, Arborilor, Plopilor, Fagului, Salciei, Bujorilor, Lalelelor, Frasinului, Călțunași, Arțarului, Zăvoiului, Crângului, Pomilor and Stejarului streets.
  • Sector 18: Zorelelor, Trifoiului, Crângului (partially, only up to the intersection with Viorelelor street), Rozmarin, Lucernei, Crâșmărițelor and Viorelelor streets.

Citizens who own properties in the areas listed above are direct beneficiaries of this programme. They are required to prepare the documents needed for land-book registration and to submit them in person at the Cadastre and Technical Documentation Service (Serviciul Cadastru și Valorificare Documentații Tehnice) within the General Directorate for Urban Development (Direcția Generală de Dezvoltare Urbană) of Ploiești City Hall (Piața Eroilor no. 1 A), Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 12:00.

The documents required for free land-book registration are, as applicable:

  • Title deed;
  • Sale-purchase contract;
  • Inheritance certificate;
  • Identity documents, etc.

At the end of this programme, all properties will have been mapped and registered in the land book free of charge.
