Draft decision on the prohibition of the organisation and operation of gambling within the Municipality of Ploiești

The Ploiești City Hall has launched for public consultation the draft decision (proiect de hotărâre) on the prohibition of the organisation and operation of gambling within the city.

What the draft provides:

• prohibition of gambling halls throughout the entire territory of the municipality

• exclusive permission for lottery games organised by Loteria Română (the Romanian Lottery)

• sports betting permitted only at the Hippodrome, in the existing premises
