
Next week, Mayor Mihai Polițeanu, local councillors and representatives of Ploiești City Hall will hold direct meetings with citizens for preliminary discussions on the city’s 2026 budget.
These citizens’ assemblies, also requested by local councillors, will take place between 16 and 20 March, every day, from 17:30, at the „Imaginario” Animation Theatre (14 Independenței Boulevard) and are organised by 5 areas of the city, in order to facilitate dialogue with the residents of each neighbourhood.

- Monday, 16 March – Area 1
Nord, Republicii, Gheorghe Doja, Găgeni, Malu Roșu, Traian, Păltiniș
- Tuesday, 17 March – Area 2
Vest I and Vest II, Peneș Curcanul, 9 Mai, Eroilor, Mărășești, Rudului, Mihai Eminescu, Mitică Apostol
- Wednesday, 18 March – Area 3
Bariera București, Mimiu, Râfov, Moțoi, Petrolului
- Thursday, 19 March – Area 4
Mihai Bravu, Pictor Rosenthal, Democrației, Lupeni, Colonia Teleajen
- Friday, 20 March – Area 5
Centru, Bereasca, Transilvaniei, Bariera Bucov
Participation will be open to all Ploiești residents interested in contributing ideas and opinions on the structure of the future draft resolution on this year’s local budget and the development of our community.
