The “Ion Luca Caragiale” Cultural Centre of Ploiești is organising courses and activities specially designed for people with disabilities, in a safe, friendly setting accessible to all.
The programme is designed to foster creativity, artistic expression, personal development and well-being, giving participants the opportunity to take part in activities tailored to their needs, alongside specialists and in an open and supportive atmosphere.
The proposed activities include:
- Handmade workshops – developing manual skills and creativity;
- Singing – vocal and emotional expression;
- Sensory music and percussion therapy – relaxation, sensory stimulation, emotional balance, rhythm, coordination and expressiveness;
- Sports activities – movement, energy and maintaining an active physical state.

The venue for the activities will be communicated at the time of registration.
The activities take place in an inclusive environment that promotes respect, trust and active participation, giving each participant the chance to express themselves and grow at their own pace.
