Ploiești City Hall announces the signing of the services contract under the National Cadastre and Land Registry Programme for systematic registration works in the administrative-territorial unit of Ploiești, for cadastral sectors
The objective is the free measurement and registration of all properties located within the built-up area of Ploiești (houses and land plots), in the integrated cadastre and Land Registry (Carte Funciară) system, namely in the following cadastral sectors in the Bereasca district:
SECTOR 14: Mesteacănului, Alunilor, Arborilor, Plopilor, Fagului, Salciei, Bujorilor, Lalelelor, Frasinului, Călțunași, Arțarului, Zăvoiului, Crângului, Pomilor and Stejarului streets.
SECTOR 18: Zorelelor, Trifoiului, Crângului (partially, only up to the intersection with str. Viorelelor), Rozmarin, Lucernei, Crâșmărițelor and Viorelelor streets.
The main beneficiaries of this programme are the property owners in the sectors listed above. At the end of the programme, all properties will have been mapped and registered in the land book free of charge. So, if you own a property in the sectors listed above, prepare in good time the necessary documents, such as the title deed, sale-purchase contract, inheritance certificate, identity documents, etc.
The Ploiești municipality is supporting those interested through:
- setting up information points,
- collecting certified copies of the documents needed for land-book registration,
- identifying property boundaries,
- free land-book registration of the property.
So, please come to the information point at Ploiești City Hall – General Directorate for Urban Development (Direcția Generală de Dezvoltare Urbană) – Cadastre and Technical Documentation Verification Service (Serviciul Cadastru și Verificare Documentații Tehnice), Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 12:00!
