Brief description / mission

The local operator of the public district heating service in the Municipality of Ploiești, with the Municipality of Ploiești as sole shareholder, established to ensure the continuity of heat supply to residents and institutions.

What it does (main functions)

  • Production, transport, distribution and supply of thermal energy in the SACET Ploiești system;
  • Operation, maintenance and modernisation of the local heating infrastructure;
  • Customer relations, contracting, billing and intervention in case of failures.

Founding act / legal basis

  • HCL no. 359/25.08.2022 (Local Council Decision) – establishment of TERMO PLOIEȘTI S.R.L.;
  • HCL no. 578/24.11.2022 – subsequent additions.
