What is the applicable legislation?
Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code / Civil Code / other decisions of the Local Council of the Municipality of Ploiești.
- Submit application accompanied by supporting documents;
- Submit company documents / ID card;
- Up-to-date payment of payment obligations.
Application together with supporting documents (transfer/succession deeds / documents from the National Trade Register Office / cadastral documents / company documents / identity papers, etc.).
Documents may be submitted in person at the Town Hall Registry at Piața Eroilor no. 1 A (municipality headquarters – ground floor) or by post.
