Issuance of Location Approval Relative to the Public Passenger Transport Network
Obtaining the location approval relative to the public passenger transport network is required for the following types of works: extension of networks and rehabilitation of urban utility networks, creation of access points.

What is the applicable legislation?
- LAW 50/1991 on the authorisation of the execution of construction works, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions.
SUBMISSION:
The beneficiary presents the file containing the documentation required for the issuance of the “Location approval relative to the public passenger transport network” to the personnel at the company’s registry, who register it on the basis of the application for its issuance. Following the verification of compliance with the structure and content of the technical documentation submitted, additional clarifications may subsequently be requested for the completion of documents not found in the file.
ISSUANCE:
Collection of the approval by the applicant after payment of the approval fee and presentation of the proof of payment.
The file submitted by the applicant for the issuance of the approval contains the following documents (in copy) attached to the application addressed to the company:
- Urban planning certificate;
- Site plans / area location plans, annexed to the urban planning certificate;
- Transverse or longitudinal profile, depending on the specific nature of the works;
- Site plans for the area affecting the public transport network.
