Application for the issuance of the certificate of partial attestation of the building
  – copy of identity card / certificate of registration issued by the Trade Register;
– ownership document for the real estate for which the certificate of attestation of construction/extension of building is requested (copy);
  building permit/permits / demolition permits – (copy);
Partial acceptance report of the building (copy);
  Cadastral measurements of the real estate with the actual on-site situation, performed by an authorised natural person (original) and in dwg/dxf format
  – architect’s technical memorandum, building surveys, building façades, site plan – from the technical documentation (DT) endorsed as unchangeable – (copy);
  Photographic documentation
