ISSUANCE OF APPROVAL FOR LOCATION RELATIVE TO THE PUBLIC PASSENGER TRANSPORT NETWORK

LAW 50/1991 on the authorisation of construction works, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions.

SUBMISSION:

The beneficiary submits the file containing the documentation required for the issuance of the “Approval for the location relative to the public passenger transport network” to the staff at the company’s registry, who registers it on the basis of the application for its issuance. Following the verification of compliance with the structure and content of the technical documentation submitted, any clarifications and additional documents missing from the file may subsequently be requested. 

ISSUANCE:

Collection of the approval by the applicant after payment of the approval fee and presentation of the proof of payment.

The file submitted by the applicant for the issuance of the approval contains the following documents (in copy) attached to the application addressed to the company:

• The urban planning certificate (certificat de urbanism);
• Site/zoning plans, annex to the urban planning certificate;
• Cross-sectional or longitudinal profile, depending on the specifics of the works;
• Site plans for the area affecting the public transport network.
