The Administration of Community Social Services Ploiești carries out the social investigation, at the request of the Territorial Commission for the Assessment of Working Capacity or of the National Institute for the Assessment and Recovery of Working Capacity Bucharest, in order to establish persons’ entitlement to a pension for temporary incapacity for work.

At the request of the social insurance medical expert, the staff of the service carry out the social investigation and forward it with a cover letter to the expert.

Application / request for social investigation, identity documents, medical referrals, medical letters, income certificates / pension slip / sworn statement if no income is earned, etc.

The documents may be submitted in person at the ASSC Ploiești Registry (Piața Eroilor no. 1 A).
