FREE VISITS TO THE ZOO LOCATED IN THE “CONSTANTIN STERE” MEMORIAL PARK PLOIEȘTI
The Constantin Stere Memorial Park in Ploiești welcomes you every day for relaxing time with loved ones in an authentic, natural setting.
The Ploiești Zoo was established more than 3 decades ago and is under the authority of the Ploiești Local Council.
The total surface area of the Zoo is 16ha, hosting more than 50 species and forming an integrated part of the “Constantin Stere” Memorial Park.

Public facilities:
- On Tuesdays and Thursdays, organised groups of preschoolers and pupils from the Ploiești Municipality have FREE entry to the zoo.
- Every Wednesday, pensioners from the Ploiești Municipality have FREE car parking and FREE entry to the Zoo, on presentation of their pension slip. For free car parking, eligibility is granted on presentation of the vehicle registration certificate and the pension slip.
PLOIEȘTI ZOO ADMISSION RATES:
- Children over 14 and adults: 20 lei / person
- Children between 5 and 14, pupils, students, pensioners over 65 – 10 lei
- Organised group of at least 10 adults – 15 lei / person
- Organised group of at least 10 children aged 5-14 – 8 lei / person
