Slt. Erou Călin Cătălin Street will be partially closed to road traffic on Thursday, 16 October this year

The Municipal Commission for Transport and Traffic Safety has approved the closure of the segment of Sublocotenent Erou Călin Cătălin Street, (corner with B-dul Republicii up to the corner with Emile Zola Street – the area between the Palace of Cultureand the Administrative Palace – entrance B) and the clearing of the related parking area, on Thursday, 16 October 2025, between 06:30 and 13:00.

The measure was ordered to enable the smooth running of the “Violence is not love! Say no to domestic violence” campaign, an event organised by the Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection.

S.C. S.G.U. Ploiești S.R.L. will handle the installation/dismantling of the fences for traffic restrictions, while the Traffic Office of the Ploiești Municipal Police and the Ploiești Local Police will monitor compliance with this decision and ensure the flow of traffic during the parade.
