“Draft decision approving the organisation and running of the “Republica de sub Castani” Project”

Today, 22.04.2026, Ploiești City Hall announces the opening of the decision-making transparency procedure for the drafting of the following normative act:

“Draft decision approving the organisation and running of the “Republica de sub Castani” Project”

The documentation associated with the draft normative act includes:

• SPECIALIST REPORT (RAPORT DE SPECIALITATE) – COMMUNICATIONS, PUBLIC RELATIONS AND EMERGENCY SITUATIONS DEPARTMENT (Direcția Comunicare, Relații Publice și Situații de Urgență), EVENT ORGANISATION OFFICE
• SPECIALIST REPORT – ASSET MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT (Direcția Gestiune Patrimoniu)

The documentation can be consulted on the municipality’s website www.ploiesti.ro, in the Decision-Making Transparency section.

A copy of the draft normative act can be obtained on the basis of a request submitted to the Public Relations and Administrative Procedures Monitoring Service of Ploiești City Hall.

Interested parties may submit, in writing, proposals, suggestions, or opinions (of a recommendatory nature) regarding the draft normative act mentioned above, within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of publication of this draft on the website.

Proposals, suggestions, or opinions are to be submitted at the headquarters of Ploiești City Hall, namely at the PLOIEȘTI MUNICIPALITY REGISTRY (Registratura Municipiului Ploiești) or may be sent to the e-mail addresses: comunicare@ploiesti.ro , registratura@ploiesti.ro within the deadline mentioned above.

The materials submitted shall bear the indication “Draft decision approving the organisation and running of the “Republica de sub Castani” Project”.

Proposals, suggestions, and opinions of a recommendatory nature will be published on the institution’s website, at the link https://ploiesti.ro.

Failure to take on board the recommendations submitted in writing will be justified in writing.

Those interested may request the organisation of a meeting at which the draft normative act mentioned above can be publicly debated, where this is requested in writing by a legally constituted association or by another public authority or institution, no later than 10 calendar days from the publication of the date and place at which it is to be held.
