Honorary Citizens of Ploiești
The title of Honorary Citizen of Municipiul Ploiești is awarded by the Local Council to persons who have made outstanding contributions to the cultural, sports, scientific and civic life of the city, or who have promoted the name of Ploiești throughout the country and the world.
