and submits this urban planning documentation for consultation.

The studied area and the regulated area within the territory of Ploiești Municipality  are composed of:

-Cadastral no. 144104 –Studied area=33277 sqm, Regulated area= 1426 sqm

-Cadastral no. 147826 –  Studied area=37746 sqm, Regulated area= 938 sqm

– Cadastral no. 147951 – Studied area=17516 sqm, Regulated area= 334 sqm

-Alba Iulia Street – Studied area= 2196 sqm, Regulated area= 1165 sqm

Land use: arable and road.

It is proposed that the regulated territory should have the following purpose:

-SP1-Subzone of landscaped green spaces, recreation and protective curtains, with proposed urban indicators POT=10%, CUT=0.1, height regime P.

-CCr- Subzone for road and pedestrian public transport routes;

-housing and construction site organisation zone: POTmin =20%, POTmax.=40% , proposed CUT=1.5, height regime P+1 (according to PUD CARINO).

It is proposed to arrange a roundabout at the intersection of Alba Iulia and Găgeni streets (DJ 102—cadastral no. 144104)

Comments and observations are received at the headquarters of the General Department of Urban Development until 1 April 2026.

Responses to the submitted observations will be communicated within 10 working days from their receipt by the beneficiary/designer.
