Public debate on the urban planning documentation GENERAL URBAN PLAN and the related LOCAL URBANISM REGULATION, based on the project for “GIS Format Update of the General Urban Plan for the Ploiești Municipality”, PNRR Financing Contract no. 131448/2022
The Ploiești City Hall (Primăria Municipiului Ploiești), today, 31 March 2026, invites all interested parties to the meeting for the public debate on the urban planning documentation GENERAL URBAN PLAN and the related LOCAL URBANISM REGULATION, based on the project for “GIS Format Update of the General Urban Plan for the Ploiești Municipality, PNRR Financing Contract no. 131448/2022.
LOCATION: UAT PLOIEȘTI AND DESIGNER: S.C. VEGO CONCEPT ENGINEERING S.R.L.“
The event takes place on 14 April 2026, at 17:00, at Teatrul Imaginario, Bd-ul Independenței nr. 14, Ploiești.
Floor registrations will last a maximum of 10 minutes and will refer exclusively to the GENERAL URBAN PLAN and the LOCAL URBANISM REGULATION. Interested persons are kindly requested to register online at the e-mail address comunicare@ploiesti.ro or at the Department of Communication, Public Relations and Emergency Situations within the Ploiești City Hall, Piața Eroilor nr. 1A, Ploiești, working hours Monday-Thursday – 08:00 – 16:30 and Friday – 08:00 – 14:00, telephone 0244/516699/ ext. 427.
All interested parties are invited to participate in the public debate: natural and legal persons, civil society organisations, commercial companies, representatives of interested public institutions, the press, etc.
The related technical documentation can be consulted between 20 March – 3 May 2026, on the institution’s website, www.ploiesti.ro , at the bottom of the page, in the Decisional Transparency section, Public Consultations sub-section, the materials posted on 20 March 2026, by accessing:

Any observations may be received until 22 April 2026 at the headquarters of the Ploiești City Hall in Piața Eroilor 1A, registry office of the General Department of Urban Development, during the time slot: Mon, Tue, Thu 9:30-12:00, 14:00-16:00; Wed 9:30-12:00, 16:00-18:00; Fri 9:30-12:00, or via e-mail, at the address dir.urbanism@ploiesti.ro. The responses/results of the consultation will be communicated on 29 April 2026.
