Public Consultation – 2025, Draft decision on setting local taxes and fees for the year 2026.

 Today, 17 December 2025,  the Ploiești Public Local Finance Service (Serviciul Public Finanţe Locale Ploieşti) announces the opening of the decisional transparency procedure for the drafting process of the following normative act:

Draft decision on setting local taxes and fees for the year 2026.

This draft can be consulted both on the website of the Ploiești City Hall www.ploiesti.ro, in the Decisional Transparency Section, and on the website of our institution www.spfl.ro.
The documentation accompanying the draft normative act includes:

  • Approval Memorandum;
  • Specialty Report.

The documentation can be consulted both on the website of the Ploiești City Hall www.ploiesti.ro, and on the website of our institution www.spfl.ro.

A copy of the draft normative act can be obtained upon written request submitted to the Public Relations, Administrative Procedures Monitoring Service within the Ploiești City Hall.

Interested persons may submit, in writing, proposals, suggestions or opinions (with recommendation value) regarding the mentioned draft normative act until 23 December 2025 (the date of debate of the draft).
Proposals, suggestions or opinions shall be submitted to the headquarters of the Ploiești City Hall, namely to the PLOIEȘTI MUNICIPALITY REGISTRY OFFICE and/or the PLOIEȘTI PUBLIC LOCAL FINANCE SERVICE REGISTRY OFFICE  or may be sent via the e-mail addresses: comunicare@ploiesti.ro and  finantelocale@spfl.ro , within the time limit mentioned above.

Proposals, suggestions, opinions with recommendation value will be published both on the institution’s website, www.spfl.ro, as well as on that of the Ploiești City Hall at the link http://www.ploiesti.ro/transparenta.php.

The non-incorporation of the recommendations submitted in writing will be justified in writing.
