Public consultation – 2025, Draft decision on amending tariffs for local passenger transport in the Ploiești Municipality, performed by S.C. Transport Călători Express S.A.

18.09.2025 – Today, 18.09.2025, Primăria Municipiului Ploiești (Ploiești City Hall) announces the opening of the decision-making transparency procedure for the drafting of the following normative act: “Draft decision on amending tariffs for local passenger transport in the Ploiești Municipality, performed by S.C. Transport Călători Express S.A.” This draft can be consulted on the institution/municipality website www.ploiesti.ro, in the Decision-Making Transparency Section. The documentation accompanying the draft normative act includes: ANNEX 1 ANNEX 2 APPROVAL REPORT SPECIALIST REPORT – S.C. T.C.E. S.A. ANNEX 1 TO THE SPECIALIST REPORT ANNEX 2 TO THE SPECIALIST REPORT ANNEX 4 SPECIALIST REPORT – DIRECȚIA ECONOMICĂ (Economic Directorate) SPECIALIST REPORT – DIRECȚIA ADMINISTRAȚIE PUBLICĂ (Public Administration Directorate), LEGAL – LITIGATION, PUBLIC PROCUREMENT, CONTRACTS. The documentation for this draft can be consulted on the institution/municipality website www.ploiești.ro, in the Decision-Making Transparency Section.

A copy of the draft normative act can be obtained on the basis of a request submitted to the Public Relations and Administrative Procedures Monitoring Service within Primăria Municipiului Ploiești. Interested parties may formulate/send, in writing, proposals, suggestions or opinions (with the value of recommendation) on the aforementioned draft normative act, within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date the draft is published on the website. Proposals, suggestions or opinions shall be submitted at the headquarters of Primăria Municipiului Ploiești, namely at the headquarters of S.C. TRANSPORT CĂLĂTORI EXPRESS S.A., or sent to the e-mail addresses: comunicare@ploiesti.ro and office@ratph.ro, within the deadline mentioned above. Submitted materials shall bear the wording “Draft decision on amending tariffs for local passenger transport in the Ploiești Municipality, performed by S.C. Transport Călători Express S.A.” Proposals, suggestions and opinions with the value of recommendation will be published on the institution’s website, at the link http://www.ploiesti.ro/transparenta.php. Recommendations submitted in writing that are not adopted will be justified in writing. For interested parties, there is the possibility to organise a meeting to publicly debate the aforementioned draft normative acts, if requested in writing by an association, within at most 10 calendar days from publication of the date and location of the meeting.
