Public Consultation – Public Lighting Tariff Adjustment

17.06.2025 – Today, 17.06.2025, Primăria Municipiului Ploiești (Ploiești City Hall) announces the opening of the decision-making transparency procedure for the drafting of the following normative act: “Draft decision on the approval of the adjustment of unit tariffs of the concession-based delegation contract for the public lighting service in the Ploiești Municipality no. 771/12.01.2024”. This draft can be consulted on the institution/municipality website www.ploiesti.ro, in the Decision-Making Transparency Section. The documentation accompanying the draft normative act includes: APPROVAL REPORT TECHNICAL SPECIALIST REPORT ANNEX – ADDENDUM NO. 1 ANNEX TO ADDENDUM NO. 1 – TARIFF SUMMARY FOR ORNAMENTAL – FESTIVE LIGHTING SERVICES.

The documentation for this draft can be consulted on the institution/municipality website www.ploiești.ro, in the Decision-Making Transparency Section. A copy of the draft normative act can be obtained on the basis of a request submitted to the Public Relations and Administrative Procedures Monitoring Service within Primăria Municipiului Ploiești. Interested parties may formulate/send, in writing, proposals, suggestions or opinions (with the value of recommendation) on the aforementioned draft normative act, within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date the draft is published on the website.

Proposals, suggestions or opinions shall be submitted at the headquarters of Primăria Municipiului Ploiești, or sent to the e-mail addresses: comunicare@ploiesti.ro and iluminatpublic@rasp.ro within the deadline mentioned above. Submitted materials shall bear the wording “Draft decision on the approval of the adjustment of unit tariffs of the concession-based delegation contract for the public lighting service in the Ploiești Municipality no. 771/12.01.2024”. Proposals, suggestions and opinions with the value of recommendation will be published on the institution’s website, at the link http://www.ploiesti.ro/transparenta.php. Recommendations submitted in writing that are not adopted will be justified in writing.

For interested parties, there is the possibility to organise a meeting to publicly debate the aforementioned draft normative acts, if requested in writing by an association, within at most 10 calendar days from publication of the date and location of the meeting.
