Notice regarding the drafting of a normative act – “Draft decision approving the organisation and conduct of the “Republica de sub Castani” Project”

Today, 22.04.2026, the Ploiești City Hall announces the opening of the decisional transparency procedure for the drafting process of the following normative act:

“Draft decision approving the organisation and conduct of the “Republica de sub Castani” Project”

The documentation accompanying the draft normative act includes:

  • REFERAT DE APROBARE (APPROVAL MEMORANDUM)
  • RAPORT DE SPECIALITATE (SPECIALIST REPORT) – DIRECȚIA COMUNICARE, RELAȚII PUBLICE ȘI SITUAȚII DE URGENȚĂ (COMMUNICATION, PUBLIC RELATIONS AND EMERGENCY SITUATIONS DEPARTMENT), COMPARTIMENT ORGANIZARE EVENIMENTE (EVENT ORGANISATION OFFICE)
  • RAPORT DE SPECIALITATE (SPECIALIST REPORT) – DIRECȚIA GESTIUNE PATRIMONIU (ASSET MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT)
  • RAPORT DE SPECIALITATE (SPECIALIST REPORT) – DIRECȚIA ADMINISTRAȚIE PUBLICĂ, JURIDIC CONTENCIOS, ACHIZIȚII PUBLICE, CONTRACTE (PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, LEGAL LITIGATION, PUBLIC PROCUREMENT AND CONTRACTS DEPARTMENT)

The documentation may be consulted on the municipality’s website www.ploiesti.ro, in the Decisional Transparency section.

A copy of the draft normative act may be obtained upon request submitted to the Public Relations and Administrative Procedures Monitoring Service within the Ploiești City Hall.

Interested persons may submit, in writing, proposals, suggestions or opinions (of advisory value) regarding the aforementioned draft normative act, within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date this draft is published on the website.

Proposals, suggestions or opinions shall be submitted at the headquarters of the Ploiești City Hall, namely at the REGISTRATURA MUNICIPIULUI PLOIEȘTI (PLOIEȘTI MUNICIPALITY REGISTRY)  or may be sent to the e-mail addresses: comunicare@ploiesti.ro , registratura@ploiesti.ro within the period mentioned above.

Submitted materials shall bear the mention “Draft decision approving the organisation and conduct of the “Republica de sub Castani” Project“.

Proposals, suggestions, and opinions of advisory value will be published on the institution’s web page, at the link https://ploiesti.ro.

Failure to adopt the recommendations submitted in writing shall be justified in writing.

For those interested, a meeting may be organised to publicly debate the aforementioned draft normative act, if requested in writing by a legally constituted association or by another public authority or institution, no later than 10 calendar days following the publication of the date and place where it will be held.
