NOTICE

for consultations with a view to finalizing the initial component of the Selection Plan for the recruitment of three administrators at the Autonomous Public Services Authority (Regia Autonomă de Servicii Publice) Ploiești

In accordance with the provisions of art. 5 para. (4) of Annex 1 to Government Decision (Hotărârea de Guvern) no. 639/2023 for the approval of the methodological norms for the application of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 109/2011 on the corporate governance of public enterprises,

The Ploiești Municipality, as the supervising public authority, is organizing consultations with a view to finalizing the initial component of the selection plan of the public enterprise.

The draft initial component of the selection plan of the Autonomous Public Services Authority Ploiești may be consulted on the website of the supervising public authority by accessing the following link: (..)

Shareholders representing, individually or jointly, at least 5% of the share capital have the right to formulate in writing, by transmission to the e-mail address: guvernanta@ploiesti.ro, proposals for amendment and supplementation of the draft initial component of the authority’s selection plan within 5 days from the date of publication.

If the shareholders do not transmit proposals for amendment and supplementation, the initial component of the selection plan for the selection of three administrators at the Autonomous Public Services Authority Ploiești shall be considered finalized and shall be approved by local council decision.
