The Municipality of Ploiești organises an offline Selection of offers (Selecție de oferte) for the award of the investment loan contract

“Contracting an internal repayable financing of RON 69,000,000

, in accordance with the internal Operational Procedure, considering that Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement does not apply to the award of public procurement contracts having as their subject financial services and the granting of loans, in accordance with the provisions of art. 29 letters e) and f) of the aforementioned law.

The contracting of the repayable financing was approved by Local Council Decision (HCL) no. 282/30 June 2025, amended by HCL no. 500/25 September 2025.
