Public notice on the screening stage decision by the Prahova Environmental Protection Agency, within the environmental impact assessment procedures, not to subject to environmental impact assessment, for the project “Construction of multifunctional cultural/recreational centre, recreation area arrangement, partial fencing, utility connections and hookups, irrigation system” within the project “Urban regeneration in the marginalised area of Ploiești Municipality – Râfov Neighbourhood” – 18.03.2022

Ploiesti Municipality City Hall (Primaria municipiului Ploiesti), holder of the project, informs the interested public on the screening stage decision (decizia etapei de încadrare) by the Prahova Environmental Protection Agency, within the environmental impact assessment procedures, not to subject to environmental impact assessment, for the project “Construction of multifunctional cultural/recreational centre, recreation area arrangement, partial fencing, utility connections and hookups, irrigation system” within the project “Urban regeneration in the marginalised area of Ploiesti Municipality – Rafov Neighbourhood”.

1. The draft screening decision and the reasons supporting it may be consulted at the headquarters of the competent environmental protection authority APM Prahova in Ploiesti, str. Gh. Gr. Cantacuzino, nr. 306, Monday-Friday, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., as well as at the following web address http://apmph.anpm.ro.

The interested public may submit comments/observations on the draft screening decision within 10 days from the date of publication of the notice on the website of the competent environmental protection authority.
