Public notice on the screening stage decision by the Prahova Environmental Protection Agency, within the environmental impact assessment procedure, not to subject to environmental impact assessment, for the project “Extension, rehabilitation and modernisation of the Ploiești Paediatric Hospital” – 17.04.2024

The Ploiești Paediatric Hospital, holder of the project “Extension, rehabilitation and modernisation of the Ploiești Paediatric Hospital”, informs the interested public on the screening stage decision (decizia etapei de încadrare) by the Prahova Environmental Protection Agency (Agenția Protecția Mediului Prahova), within the environmental impact assessment procedure, not to subject to environmental impact assessment, for the project “Extension, rehabilitation and modernisation of the Ploiești Paediatric Hospital”, proposed to be located in Ploiesti, str. Mihai Eminescu nr. 4-6, Prahova County.

The draft screening decision and the reasons supporting it may be consulted at the headquarters of the competent environmental protection authority, the Prahova Environmental Protection Agency, in Ploiești str. Gh. Gr. Cantacuzino, nr. 306, Monday-Friday, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., as well as at the following web address  http://apmph.anpm.ro

The interested public may submit comments/observations on the draft screening decision within 10 days from the date of publication of the notice on the website of the competent environmental protection authority.
