Ghighiului – Ploiești” – 12.01.2022

PLOIESTI MUNICIPALITY, with headquarters in Ploiesti, Piata Eroilor nr. 1A, holder of the plan/programme “Amendment of PUZ approved by HCL (Local Council Decision) no. 607/ 20.12.2018 for the construction of the Ploiesti Municipal Hospital by amending functions and urban planning indicators on the land located at str. Ghighiului – Ploiesti” informs the public on the decision to issue the environmental approval (avizul de mediu) required for the adoption of the plan: “Amendment of PUZ approved by HCL no. 607/ 20.12.2018 for the construction of the Ploiesti Municipal Hospital by amending functions and urban planning indicators on the land located at str. Ghighiului – Ploiesti”, proposed to be located in Ploiesti Str. Ghighiului nr. 25C, not to subject to environmental assessment for plans and programmes.

The draft decision to issue the environmental approval and the reasons supporting it may be consulted at the headquarters of the Prahova Environmental Protection Agency or on the website: http://apmph.anpm.ro; office@apmph.anpm.ro, within 10 days from the date of this notice.
