CLASS PROMOTION EXAMINATION
The Ploiesti City Hall organises a class promotion examination on 21.10.2025 at 11.00 – written test, at the institution’s headquarters in Ploiesti, Piata Eroilor no. 1A, in accordance with the provisions of art. 477 para. (1), art. 480 and art. 481 of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, as amended and supplemented, corroborated with the provisions of art. 159 of Annex no. 10 of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, as amended and supplemented:

Conditions for participation in the examination:
The civil servant must meet the conditions provided by art. 481 of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, as amended and supplemented, namely: – to obtain, after entering the body of civil servants, a higher education diploma in the specialty in which he/she carries out activity or in a field considered useful for the activity by the head of the public authority or institution; – not to have an unexpunged disciplinary sanction under the conditions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, as amended and supplemented.
The registration file for the examination is submitted at the headquarters of the Ploiesti City Hall, within 5 days from the date of publication of the notice, namely during the period 06.10.2025 – 10.10.2025, inclusive, and obligatorily contains the following documents: a) application for registration in the class promotion examination; b) higher education diploma in the specialty in which he/she carries out activity or in a field considered useful for the activity by the head of the public authority or institution; c) certificate issued by the human resources compartment in order to attest the disciplinary situation of the civil servant, in which it is expressly mentioned whether a disciplinary sanction has been applied to him/her, which has not been expunged, under the conditions of the law.
