PLOIESTI MUNICIPALITY, informs the interested public on the screening stage decision (decizia etapei de încadrare) not to subject to environmental impact assessment, not to subject to appropriate assessment, and not to subject to water body impact assessment, within the environmental impact assessment procedure, for the project “Construction of Wastewater Treatment Microstation, Mitica Apostol Neighbourhood” – feasibility study phase, proposed to be located in Mitica Apostol neighbourhood, Ploiesti.
1. The draft screening decision and the reasons supporting it may be consulted at the headquarters of the Prahova Environmental Protection Agency, str. Gh. Gr. Cantacuzino, nr. 306, Monday-Friday, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., as well as at the following web address http://apmph.anpm.ro.
2. The interested public may submit proposals regarding the content of the environmental impact report at the headquarters of the Prahova Environmental Protection Agency.
Comments/Observations/Proposals from the interested public may be submitted by 31 December 2022 (within 10 days from the date of posting of this notice).
