The Municipality of Ploiesti is organizing
a direct procurement procedure
in accordance with the provisions of Art. 7, para. (5) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, as subsequently amended and supplemented, and the provisions set out in Chapter III – Conducting the procurement, Section 1 – Direct procurement, of Government Decision no. 395/2016 approving the Methodological Norms for applying the provisions on awarding public procurement contracts/framework agreements under Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, as subsequently amended and supplemented, for the award of the contract for
Site supervision services (dirigentie de santier) for the execution of works – Modular construction for the “I.A. Bassarabescu” Secondary School
.
The direct procurement will be carried out exclusively through SICAP and will be finalised by concluding a service contract. Technical details and the financial offer shall be posted on SICAP (e-licitatii.ro) by

After this date, the contracting authority shall analyse the offers posted on SICAP. The offers shall be identified on SICAP by the CPV code and the name of the services. Failure to observe the name of the services and the CPV code may result in the contracting authority being unable to select the offers. The subject of the contract consists of providing

in accordance with the requirements of the tender book. We request that, when entering the name of the services, it also be mentioned that the offers are posted for the Municipality of Ploiesti, for easier identification.
The completed forms, the technical proposal — drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the attached tender book — the offer form and its annex, and the declaration regarding acceptance or formulation of amendments (only with respect to the specific clauses) concerning the service contract form, shall be sent to the e-mail address:

Subsequently, the direct procurement shall be carried out and finalised on SICAP by the contracting authority only with the bidder declared the winner, after going through the procedure presented above.
The technical proposal shall be drawn up and presented in such a way as to comply with the minimum requirements provided and to allow identification and verification of the correspondence between it and the respective requirements.

Source of funding
: Funding for the objective shall be provided from the local budget of the Municipality of Ploiesti.
Duration of the contract
:
The service contract shall take effect from the date of registration of the contract with the contracting authority, after signing by both parties, until the date of final acceptance of the works for which the supervision services are provided.
The service delivery deadline shall be correlated with the works execution schedule (60 days), including the warranty period for the works for which the supervision service is provided.
