After this time, the contracting authority will analyse the offers posted in SICAP. Offers will be identified in SICAP by the CPV code and the title of the services
. Failure to comply with the title of the services and the CPV code may result in the contracting authority being unable to select the offers. The subject of the contract consists of
“Drawing up documentation to obtain the fire safety opinion and authorisation for the building on str. Romană no. 98 with the purpose of educational premises for the National College “I. I. Caragiale” – phase Documentation for the Approval of Intervention Works (DALI), Fire Safety Scenario (including technical verification service), in accordance with the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (M.A.I.) no. 180/2022 for the approval of the Methodological Norms on the issuance of fire safety and civil protection opinions and authorisations.

The completed Forms, the Technical Proposal, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the attached technical specifications, the Offer Form and its Annex, the Declaration regarding the acceptance or formulation of amendments (only with regard to specific clauses) referring to the supply contract form, are to be submitted to the e-mail address:

Subsequently, the direct procurement will be carried out and finalised in SICAP by the contracting authority only with the bidder declared the winner, after completion of the procedure described above.
The Technical Proposal will be drawn up and presented in such a way as to comply with the minimum requirements provided and to ensure the possibility of identifying and verifying the correspondence between it and the respective requirements

Duration of the contract
: The contract takes effect from the date of registration with the contracting authority, after signing by both parties, until obtaining the fire safety authorisation.

the Procurement Data Sheet, Technical Specifications, Forms, and Contract Form,
are annexed to this Notice.
