The Municipality of Ploiești organises

the direct procurement (achiziție directă)

in accordance with the provisions of art. 7, para. (5) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions, and the provisions of Chapter III – Carrying out the procurement, Section 1 – Direct procurement, of Government Decision (H.G.) no. 395/2016 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of the provisions concerning the award of the public procurement contract/framework agreement of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions, for the award of the contract

“Drawing up documentation to obtain the fire safety opinion and authorisation for the building on str. Romană no. 98 with the purpose of educational premises for the National College “I. I. Caragiale” – phase Documentation for the Approval of Intervention Works (DALI), Fire Safety Scenario (including technical verification service), in accordance with the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (M.A.I.) no. 180/2022 for the approval of the Methodological Norms on the issuance of fire safety and civil protection opinions and authorisations.

The direct procurement will be carried out exclusively through SICAP and will be finalised by concluding a services provision contract.
