a direct procurement procedure

The direct procurement will be carried out exclusively through SICAP and will be finalised by concluding a service contract. Technical details and the financial offer shall be posted on SICAP (e-licitatii.ro) by

After this hour, the contracting authority shall analyse the offers posted on SICAP. The offers shall be identified on SICAP by the CPV code and the name of the services. Subsequently, the direct procurement shall be carried out and finalised on SICAP by the contracting authority only with the bidder declared the winner, after going through the procedure presented above.
The technical proposal shall be drawn up and presented in such a way as to comply with the minimum requirements provided and to allow identification and verification of the correspondence between it and the respective requirements.

Source of funding
: Funding for the objective shall be provided from the local budget of the Municipality of Ploiesti.
Duration of the contract

The service delivery deadline is 70 days.
