The Municipality of Ploiești is organising a direct procurement in accordance with the provisions of art. 7, para. (5) and (7) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, for the award of the service contract having as its object
– ELECTRICAL COEXISTENCE STUDY –
for the investment objective
: “Ensuring traffic mobility by extending the road and public transport link between the South Railway Station and the West Railway Station (Libertății Street), including rehabilitation works on the public domain of the railway station squares.
Within the service provision contract, the provider shall draw up
services for drawing up the coexistence study, in accordance with the coexistence conditions specified in the favourable conditional placement endorsement no. 3010210502985/16.06.2021 issued by Distribuție Energie Electrică România, Ploiești Branch, in accordance with the provisions of A.N.R.E. Order no. 134/2021, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
