The General Meeting of Shareholders (Adunarea Generală a Acționarilor) of Transport Calatori Express S.A., convened in session on 16.04.2021, publishes the following:

NOTICE

The deadline for submitting application files for the position of interim administrator on the Board of Directors (Consiliul de Administrație) of Transport Călători Express S.A. has been extended until 21.04.2021, 15:30, in compliance with the conditions presented in the initial notice posted on 09.04.2021.
