Selection plan consultation notice (initial component) – Transport Călători Express SA – 21.05.2025

In accordance with the provisions of art. 5 para. (4) of Annex 1 to Government Decision (Hotărârea de Guvern) no. 639/2023 approving the methodological norms for the application of Government Emergency Ordinance (Ordonanța de urgență a Guvernului) no. 109/2011 on the corporate governance of public enterprises,
the Municipality of Ploiești (Municipiul Ploiești), as supervisory public authority (autoritate publică tutelară), is organizing consultations in order to finalize the initial component of the Company’s selection plan.

If no proposals for amendment and supplementation are submitted, the initial component of the selection plan for the selection of 5 (five) administrators at Transport Călători Express S.A. Ploiești is deemed finalized and will be approved by Local Council Decision.
