(2) of Annex 1 to Government Decision (Hotărârea de Guvern) no. 639/2023 approving the methodological norms for the application of Government Emergency Ordinance (Ordonanța de urgență a Guvernului) no. 109/2011 on the corporate governance of public enterprises,
the Municipality of Ploiești (Municipiul Ploiești), as supervisory public authority (autoritate publică tutelară), is organizing consultations in order to formulate proposals regarding the Board of Directors Profile of the Company.
