Collective notice for communication by publication no. 19880 of 3 March 2026

Pursuant to art. 47 corroborated with art. 54 of Law 207/2015 on the Fiscal Procedure Code, as subsequently amended and supplemented, we communicate that forced execution acts have been issued for the following taxpayers:
Annex no. 1 Summons – natural persons
Annex no. 2 Garnishment notifications – natural persons
Annex no. 3 Insolvency reports – natural persons
Annex no. 4 Seizure reports – natural persons
The forced execution acts may be consulted by their holders at the Serviciul Public Finanțe Locale Ploiești (Public Service for Local Finances Ploiești), Independenței Street no. 16.
The present forced execution acts shall be considered communicated within 15 days from the date of posting the notice.
